All incoming calls are rejected if you move away from the call view in Communicator 2007 Phone Edition when the telephone handset is not hung up

Symptoms

You move away from the call view in Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 Phone Edition when the telephone handset is not hung up. If you do not finish the call and then do not hang up the handset, all incoming calls are rejected. This issue occurs until you hang up the handset.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, apply the Communicator 2007 Phone Edition update rollup package that is dated December 17, 2007. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
