Symptoms

When you try to expand the distribution list or to download the global address list (GAL) in Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 Phone Edition, you cannot authenticate the list. Additionally, you receive an error message that resembles the following error message:
WinInet: 12015 Authentication failure
