To install Analysis Cubes, follow these steps:
1. If you use Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0, obtain the installer for Analysis Cubes with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 on the Microsoft Dynamics 10.0 CD2.
If you use Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0, obtain the installer for Analysis Cubes with SQL Server 2005 by visiting the appropriate Microsoft Website, depending on whether you are a partner or a customer.

Note The installer for Analysis Cubes with SQL Server 2000 is available only on the Microsoft Dynamics 9.0 CD2.
If you use Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains 8.0, obtain the installer for Analysis Cubes on the Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains 8.0 CD.
Note This version of Analysis Cubes is compatible only with SQL Server 2000.
2. Review the prerequisites for Analysis Cubes. To do this, see the documentation that is included with the installer.
Note If you use SQL Server 2005 and if you want to use the drillthrough functionality, you must use Microsoft Office Excel 2007.
3. Install Analysis Cubes.
Note The documentation that is included with the installer contains steps that you can follow to install Analysis Cubes.
Note The installation process in versions earlier than Dynamics GP 2010 are only supported from a 32-bit operating system. Analysis Cubes for Dynamics GP 2010 is supported to be run from a 64-bit operating system. For more information, see KB article

4. Create an SQL job to automatically run the master package. Additionally, create a job to process the cubes. This step only has to be done if you are using Dynamic GP 9.0. Dynamics GP 10.0 and newer create the SQL job as part of the Analysis Cubes installation.
