Symptoms

Consider the following scenario. You install Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT Message Pack 2007 for BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2.3. When you process message MT586 in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 by using Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2.3, a Business Rule Engine (BRE) validation error may occur. When this problem occurs, you receive an error message that resembles the following:

Resolution

Hotfix information

Prerequisites

To apply this hotfix, you must have the following installed:
  • BizTalk Server 2006
  • BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2.3
  • BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT Message Pack 2007

Restart requirement

You do not have to restart your computer after you apply this hotfix. However, you must restart Internet Information Services (IIS) and the host instance of BizTalk Server after you apply this hotfix.

Hotfix replacement information

This hotfix does not replace any other hotfixes.
