The printed 1099 Edit List shows $0.00 as the total amount in Microsoft Dynamics GP

Symptoms

When you print the 1099 Edit List in Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0, the Total 1099 Amount field always incorrectly contains a value of $0.00.

Workaround

To see the correct 1099 total amount, print the 1099 form. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. On the Microsoft Dynamics GP menu, point to Tools, point to Routines, point to Purchasing, and then click Print 1099.
  2. In the Print 1099 window, click Print.
  3. Manually sum the printed totals.
