Symptoms

In Windows Internet Explorer 7.0, you selected the Always open pop-ups in a new tab option in the Tabbed Browsing Settings dialog box. Then, you open a record from a list view in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, a new tab pops up in Internet Explorer 7.0. When you switch from the new tab to the previous tab to revisit the list view, Internet Explorer stops responding.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, reduce the number of records in the list view:
1. Start Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.
2. Click Tools, and then click Options.
3. Click the General tab.
4. In the Records Per Page field, select a lower value.
