FIX: An update is available that lets you dynamically configure certain properties on a server that is running BizTalk Server 2006 R2

This article describes an update that adds a dynamic send-port feature for the SQL adapter. After you install the update, you can dynamically configure the following properties on a server that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2:

• The Connection String property
• The Document Target Namespace property
• The Response Document Root Element Name property

Update information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. You must have BizTalk Server 2006 R2 installed to apply this hotfix.
