Error message when a NetDDE application is running on a Windows Server 2003-based computer: "Stop 0x000000C2"

When a Network Dynamic Data Exchange (NetDDE) application is running on a Windows Server 2003-based computer, you receive the following Stop error message:Then, the computer restarts automatically.

Notes

• The four parameters in the Stop error message vary depending on the computer's configuration.
• This problem does not cause all "Stop 0x000000C2" error messages.

Before the Win32k.sys driver frees a pool memory resource, the Win32k.sys driver does not check whether the pointer to the pool memory resource is NULL.
