FIX: The 0A1 PIP message also incorrectly contains a namespace declaration when you use BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.3 or BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.5

View products that this article applies to.

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario. On a server, you install Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 and Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.3, or you install Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2 and Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.5. To notify a trade partner that a failure occurred, you use BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.3 or BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.5 to send a 0A1 Partner Interface Process (PIP) message to the trade partner. In this scenario, the trade partner may reject the 0A1 PIP message.

Additionally, the Service Content section in the 0A1 PIP message contains a DOCTYPE declaration. However, the Service Content section in the 0A1 PIP message also incorrectly contains a namespace declaration. When this problem occurs, you may notice that the following message is generated in the 0A1 PIP message:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE Pip0A1FailureNotification SYSTEM "0A1_MS_V02_00_FailureNotification.dtd">
<Pip0A1FailureNotification xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/biztalk/btarn/2004/0A1_MS_V02_00_FailureNotification.dtd">
