Symptoms

When you try to access a Web site that is published in Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004 or Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2006, you receive the following error message:
HTTP error 500: network name no longer exists (64 - host not available)

Cause

This problem occurs if the Web server sends a "100-Continue" response and then sends a "302-Moved" response that includes a "Connection:Close" header. In this situation, ISA Server incorrectly handles the connection header. ISA Server does not close the session to the Web server. Then, the client may reuse the session even though the Web server has already closed the session.
