You can unexpectedly resolve a case that contains open service activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. Additionally, you do not receive any warning message. However, you expect to receive a warning message if you try to resolve a case that contains open service activities.

This problem was corrected in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 3.
