The "Offline Availability" setting for a custom entity is not imported when you import a customization in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. You create a custom entity. For the custom entity, you click to select the Show in Microsoft CRM client for Outlook when offline check box for the Offline Availability setting. Then, you export the customization. Next, you click to clear the Show in Microsoft CRM client for Outlook when offline check box for the custom entity. Finally, you import the exported customization. In this scenario, the Offline Availability setting for the custom entity is not imported.

When this problem occurs, the Show in Microsoft CRM client for Outlook when offline check box is not selected after you import the customization.

Resolution

This problem was corrected in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 3.

Removal information
