Symptoms

You synchronize a device that is running Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 software for Pocket PCs or a device that is running Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. After you do this, the setting for the reminder time changes for appointments in the Exchange Server mailboxes. Additionally, the changed reminder time is not updated on the mobile device even when you successfully perform a resynchronization.
