A merged account contains incorrect sharing rights after you merge two accounts that contain different sharing rights in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. You install Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. Additionally, you install hotfix 925163. Then, you create two accounts that contain different sharing rights for a user. Next, you merge both accounts. In this scenario, the merged account contains incorrect sharing rights for the user.
