Symptoms

In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, the start time and the end time for a service window may be incorrect in the BizTalk Administration console.

Note The service window is for a receive location.

When this problem occurs, the start time and the end time for a service window may be incorrect by one hour. For example, the start time and the end time may be moved forward by one hour after the daylight saving time (DST) change. Additionally, the start time and the end time may be moved back by one hour after the fall standard time change.

This problem occurs only if the service window feature is enabled.

Workaround

To work around this problem, manually edit the start time and the end time for the service window in the BizTalk Administration console.
