To work around this issue, use one of the following methods.
Method 1: Replace the Ieeula.chm file
If the Ieeula.chm is missing from the Windows/IE7 folder, replace the Ieeula.chm file by using the Ieeula.chm file in the Windows/Help folder. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, type %windir%\help in the Open box, and then click OK.
- Right-click the Ieeula.chm file, and then click Copy.
- Exit Windows Explorer.
- Click Start, type %windir%\IE7 in the Open box, and then click OK.
- On the Edit menu, click Paste.
Method 2: Restore Windows XP to the last known good state
