The Helix Server service stops when you try to restart Helix Server on a Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2-based computer

Symptoms

You use the Helix Server Administrator Console to try to restart RealNetworks Helix Server version 11.1.1 or version 11.1.2 on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2)-based computer. After you do this, the Helix Server service stops. Additionally, an error message that resembles the following is logged in the System log:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7034
Date: Date
Time: Time
User: N/A
Computer: ComputerName
Description:
The Helix Server service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).

To work around this issue, use the Services Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in to manually restart the Helix Server service.
