FIX: Some extended characters are removed from the generated message when the extended characters appear in any of the SWIFT fields on a BizTalk Server 2006-based server

Symptoms

On a Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006-based server, you submit a message that includes the following extended characters in one or more of the SWIFT fields:
When the customer receives the generated message that BizTalk Server 2006 handles, the extended characters are removed from the generated message. Additionally, "A4SWIFT_Failed=false" appears in the generated file.

Hotfix information
