FIX: In Commerce Server 2007, the "Customer and Orders Manager" tool stops responding when the computer that is running a client application is located in one time zone and when the server is located in a later time zone

Symptoms

When a computer that is running a client application is located in one time zone and a server that is running Microsoft Commerce Server 2007 is located in a later time zone, the "Customer and Orders Manager" tool stops responding. Additionally, an event message that resembles the following is logged in the Application log:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Commerce Server Business UI
Event Category: None
Event ID: 102
Date: Date
Time: Time
User: N/A
Computer: ComputerName
Description:
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Value of 'DateTime' is not valid for 'Value'. 'Value' should be between 'MinimumDate' and 'MaximumDate'.
