Error received when you deploy a security template together with an unattended installation of Windows Server 2003 R2: "-2147467259"

You try to deploy a security template. To do this, you use the Scwcmd.exe tool in an unattended installation of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2. However, the installation fails, and you receive the following error message:

Note Scwcmd.exe is the command-line tool of the Security Configuration Wizard.

Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article.
