The BizTalk FileAct and InterAct Adapters for SWIFT are now available. The FileAct and InterAct Adapters for SWIFT connect Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 applications to the SWIFT Secure Internet Protocol Network (SIPN).
You must have BizTalk Server 2006 and the Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2.3 installed to use the FileAct and InterAct adapters.

You can use the FileAct adapter to transfer files and use the InterAct adapter to transfer messages over the SIPN network. The SIPN network transfers messages and files over a secure private network that interconnects financial institutions, financial industry infrastructures, and customers.
The FileAct and InterAct adapters support SWIFTNet Link (SNL) integration. The FileAct and InterAct adapters also support SWIFTAlliance Gateway (SAG) integration by using the Remote API Host Adapter (RAHA) to connect to the SIPN network.
You can use the FileAct and InterAct adapters together with third-party applications to implement the features of the FileAct and InterAct protocols. Except when they access the exchange primitives, the FileAct and InterAct adapters do not parse, audit, or validate the contents of a file that is transferred.
