Non-delivery report (NDR) messages are not sent to original users after an administrator clicks "Delete (with NDR)" in Exchange Server 2003 Connector for Lotus Notes

View products that this article applies to.

Symptoms

An administrator clicks Delete (with NDR) to delete the e-mail messages in the ReadyOut queue of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Connector for Lotus Notes. When the administrator does this, the non-delivery report (NDR) messages are not sent to original users if the Domino Server is not online. If the Domino Server is online, the NDR messages are sent very slowly.
