When Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 calculates the extended amount for an opportunity product, the value that is in the Tax ($) field of the Opportunity Product form is not considered.
Therefore, the value is incorrect in the Extended Amount ($) field.
Additionally, if you create a quote, an order, or an invoice from the Opportunity form, the tax for the opportunity product is not automatically populated in the quote, in the order, or in the invoice that you created.
This problem occurs after you add the Tax field to the Opportunity Product form by using the Customize Entities feature.
