FIX: Error message when you use a file adapter on a server that is running BizTalk Server 2006:"The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"

Symptoms

On a server that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006, you use a file adapter. The Use Temporary File While Writing option is enabled on the file adapter.

When the file adapter tries to access the data from a remote Universal Naming Convention (UNC) path, the following error message is written to the error log:
The Process Cannot Access the File because it is being used by Another Process.

Hotfix information
