To resolve this problem, install this hotfix on
a server that is running Exchange Server 2003 SP2. This hotfix updates the Outlook Web Access components.
You must install this hotfix on all the Exchange Server 2003 SP2
servers in your organization. Before you install this hotfix, make sure
that the Microsoft Windows software update for the Western Australia daylight saving time problem is also installed on these servers.

saving time transition period that starts at 2 A.M. on December 3, 2006. This period ends at 2 A.M. on March 25, 2007.
