Symptoms

When you open a Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007 form that contains programmatic events in the browser, the events may not raise.

Cause

This behavior occurs because the Postback settings option for the control is set to Only when necessary for correct rendering of the form (recommended).

Resolution

To resolve this behavior, follow these steps:
1. Right-click the control in which you set programmatic events, and then click Control Properties.
2. On the Browser forms tab, click Always under Postback settings.
