The Active Directory Users and Computers MMC snap-in displays "Serbia and Montenegro" as one country instead of as two countries in Windows Server 2003

Symptoms

Serbia and Montenegro are now two countries. However, the Country/region list in the Active Directory Users and Computers Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 displays Serbia and Montenegro as one country.

Resolution

After you apply this hotfix, the user interfaces for the Active Directory directory service management tools will display Serbia and Montenegro to separate the two countries.

Before you apply this hotfix, follow these steps to locate the Serbia and Montenegro item:
  1. In Active Directory Users and Computers, create a new user.
  2. Open the Properties dialog box for the user who you have created.
  3. On the Address tab, click the Country/region list. Serbia and Montenegro is in the list
