FIX: The configuration program for an application does not run and the RunOnceEx registry key is cleared when you restart a computer that is running Internet Explorer 7

Consider the following scenario:

• You install Windows Internet Explorer 7 on a computer.
• Then you install another application on the computer.
• The Setup program for the second application sets the
  RunOnceEx
  registry key to run a configuration program the next time that the computer starts.

In this scenario, the configuration program for the second application does not run when you restart the computer. Additionally, the registry key is cleared.

When a computer has Internet Explorer 7 installed, Iernonce.dll does not process the registry key.

When you develop the application, set the No Status Dialog option of the registry key.
