Symptoms

You export a table that contains a multivalued lookup field from Microsoft Office Access 2007 to a Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 list. When you do this, the data in the Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 list differs from the data in the Access 2007 table.

Cause

This behavior occurs because the table that the multivalued lookup field uses does not have a primary key.

Workaround

To work around this behavior, add a primary key to the table that the multivalued lookup field uses.

Note When you export an Access 2007 table to a SharePoint list, you must have only one unique index on the ID field of the table. You cannot use multiple primary keys on an exported table.

Status
