When you export or move a table from Access 2007 to a Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 site, Access 2007 generates a table that is named "Move to SharePoint Site Issues." This table records any issues that you encounter during the export process. In this scenario, Access 2007 creates a record in the table if the following conditions are true:
- The table contains a field that is named ID.
- The field is not an Autonumber data type.
In the
Issue column of the table, the following message exists:
Field Values will not be auto generated.
In the
Reason column of the table, the following message exists:
SharePoint only support Autonumber data for their ID field.
Note In the message text, the word "SharePoint" should read "SharePoint Services."
