FIX: BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT no longer examines the user who signs for an InfoPath form after you install BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2.3 Service Pack 1

Symptoms

When a Microsoft Office InfoPath form is submitted in Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2.3, BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT examines if the user who signs for the form is in the correct role. If the user who signs for the form is not in the correct role, you receive the following error message:
Error:
Department is:
Department_Name
The signing user is not correctly configured for the <Creator, Verifier, Repairer or Approver> role in department
Department_Name.
However, after you install Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT version 2.3 Service Pack 1 (SP1), BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT no longer examines the user who signs for the form.
