Symptoms

When you click a digital signature link, a contact selector, or the Print Preview button on a Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007 form that opens in Microsoft Internet Explorer 2007, you receive the following error message:

Cause

This issue occurs because the filter level for Internet Explorer Pop-up Blocker is set to High. Additionally, the security level for the Internet zone may be set to High.

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
1.Open Internet Explorer.
2.On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
3.Under Notifications and filter level, click Medium: Block most automatic pop-ups, and then click Close.

Workaround

To work around this problem, use one of the following methods:
Add the site to the Pop-up Blocker list of trusted sites.
1.Open Internet Explorer.
2.On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site.
3.When you are prompted to allow pop-up windows from the Web site, click Yes.
Temporarily allow pop-up windows. To do this, click the Internet Explorer Information bar, and then click Temporarily Allow Pop-ups.

Note If the page that you are visiting contains a form, the page reloads when you allow pop-ups. If you have entered data in the form, the data is cleared when the page reloads.
