Customer had Exchange 2003 SP 1 with Outlook 2003 SP2 calendering question. He would like to change the default permission to Reviewer permission, and wanted to grant everyone reviewer calendar permissions on everybody mailbox calendar.

Disclaimer

-- Pfdavadmin tool can be used to achieve this
-- We used the below steps in Pfdavadmin tool to give everyone reviewer calendar permissions on everybody mailbox calendars.
-- Double click Pfdavadmin.exe. Click file-->Connect-->Connect to your Exchange Server
-- Choose All Mailboxes radio button in connection option. Click Ok
-- Just right-click on Mailboxes, choose Propagate ACEs
-- Click Ok
-- Select \Everyone in the left hand pane--> Select Reviewer in the permission window in right pane in pfdavadmin.
-- let the default option selected.
-- Click OK
-- Select \Everyone in the next screen.
-- Select the option Only apply to folders named
-- Type the Calendar in the given field.
-- Other option will remain default.
-- Click Ok.
-- We checked the permission in Pfdavadmin on the user, there Everyone has got reviewer permission.
-- We checked and verified the same in OL worked fine for this customer.

Note You might also need to grant permissions to the FreeBusy Data folder in the root of the mailbox, or else you'll run into issues per KB-237924.When you grant Calendar permissions through Outlook, it automatically does FreeBusy Data for you. PFDavAdmin does not.

But in this particluar case, we did not encounter with the issue mentioned in the KB-237924.
