Resolution

In Exchange 2000, when trying to expand public folders in Exchange System Manager, the following error message may occur:

"The requested operation is forbidden"; ID no: c1030af1; Exchange System Manager.

Disclaimer

In Internet Information Service (IIS) Manager, the following ISAPI Filter may be installed:

/WebID/IISWebAgentIF.dll filter

This may be installed by the RSA Security Tool.

To Remove this filter:
1.In Internet Information Service (IIS) Manager, located the Default Web Site. Or this may be located on the Master level for all Web Site.
2.Right-click on Default Web Site and choose Properties.
3.Click on the ISAPI Filters tab, if the IISWebAgentIF.dll filter is listed, remove it from the list.
4.Click OK.
