To resolve this problem, you must remove the printer and the associated printer driver, install the appropriate hotfix, and then reconnect to the network printer:
- Click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes.
- Click the printer, and then press DELETE. Click Yes to verify.
- On the File menu, click Server Properties.
- Click the Drivers tab.
- Click the driver for the associated printer, and then click Remove. Click Yes to verify.
- Install the hotfix that is described in this article.
Note This step can be performed before the other steps in this procedure. - Connect to the network printer.
Note You must use an administrator account to perform these steps.
