Symptoms

When you press CTRL+F2 to open the Print Preview view in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, the Print Preview view does not open.

Cause

This issue occurs because the keyboard shortcut for the Print Preview view in Outlook 2007 changed from earlier versions of Microsoft Outlook.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, open the Print Preview view in Outlook 2007 by using the new keyboard shortcut. To do this, press ALT+F, press W, and then press V.
