The alphabet bar shows two incorrect letters in the Dutch version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

Symptoms

When you view the alphabet bar in the Dutch version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, you experience the following symptoms:
  • Two instances of the letter "K" appear on the alphabet bar. If you click the first instance of "K," the program displays the entries for the letter "J." This is the expected result because this position on the alphabet bar should be occupied by the letter "J."
  • The letter "X" appears in lowercase format instead of the expected uppercase format.
