The HTTP standard has several status codes that can be used in an HTTP response. However, you cannot control the status code of an HTTP response in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006.

After you apply this hotfix, BizTalk Server 2006 has the HTTP.ResponseStatusCode property. The valid integer values of the HTTP.ResponseStatusCode property are between 200 and 599.
