After you install hotfix 911829 on Exchange Server 2003 computers, the message body is blank when an Entourage user receives an e-mail message from an Outlook Web Access user

Consider the following scenario. You install the software update that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article, hotfix 911829, on the Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 computers in your organization: A user who is running Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or a later version uses Microsoft Outlook Web Access to log on to Exchange Server 2003. This user replies to or forwards an e-mail message. In this scenario, the message has a blank message body when a Microsoft Entourage user receives the message.

To resolve this problem, uninstall the earlier version of hotfix 911829. Then, install the updated version of this hotfix. To do this, follow these steps.

Note The version number of the earlier version of hotfix 911829 is 6.5.7651.9. The version number of the updated version of hotfix 911829 is 6.5.7651.60.

1. Examine the version number of one or more of the following files on the Exchange Server 2003 computer.

2. If the version number of any of these files is 6.5.7651.9, uninstall hotfix 911829.
3. Download the updated version of hotfix 911829 from the Microsoft Download Center. Make sure that version 6.5.7651.60, the version number of the updated hotfix, is displayed under Quick Details on the Microsoft Download Center Web page.

4. Install the updated version of hotfix 911829 that you downloaded in step 3.
5. Make sure that the file versions are the same as the file versions that are listed in the "File information" section.
