Error message that you receive when you open a protected document on a computer that is running a 64-bit version of Windows Server 2003: "STOP 0x00000027"

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario. You install the IBM Rational ClearCase software program on a computer that is running a 64-bit version of Windows Server 2003. Then, you open a protected document. In this scenario, the computer stops responding. Additionally, you receive the following Stop error message:

Service pack information
