Error message when you try to import an entity in the Turkish version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0: "Reason for failure is not all instances of entity name are the same"

Symptoms

When you try to import an entity in the Turkish version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, the entity is not imported. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
Import Failed and Aborted. System is reset to the original state.
Reason for failure is not all instances of entity name are the same.

Cause

This problem may occur when all the following conditions are true:
  • The entity name starts with the letter I.

    For example, this problem occurs with any of the following entity names:
    • Invoice
    • Invoicedetail
    • Incident
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 is running on a computer that is also running Microsoft SQL Server. That computer has a Turkish collation that is configured to be case insensitive (CI) and accent insensitive (AI).
