Registry settings information

Registry settings for a specific user
You can use one of the following methods to enable the hotfix for a specific user.
Method 1
Follow these steps, and then quit Registry Editor:
- Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
- Locate and then click the following key in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl
- On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click Key.
- Type FEATURE_IGNORE_POLICIES_ZONEMAP_IF_ESC_ENABLED_KB918915, and then press ENTER.
- On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click String Value.
- Type *, and then press ENTER.
- On the Edit menu, click Modify.
- Type 1, and then click OK.
Method 2
Follow these steps, and then quit Registry Editor:
