Symptoms

When you click an item in the List Web Part for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, the list automatically updates. The list update may also cause new SQL queries to run.
Note The list update is required if data is passed from one Web Part to another Web Part. The list update is not required if data is not passed between Web Parts.

Resolution

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 3.0 service pack that contains this hotfix.
