FIX: Error message when you register a COM+ component: "The COM+ System Application service terminated unexpectedly"

On a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer, the Microsoft COM+ system process may crash when you register a COM+ component. Additionally, the following error message is logged in the event log:

To resolve this problem, install the Windows Server 2003 Post-Service Pack 1 COM+ 1.5 Hotfix Rollup Package 10 on the computer.
