An e-mail message is not delivered to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

When an e-mail message is received and should be delivered to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, the e-mail message is not delivered.

This problem may occur if text is added to the end of the Subject line after the tracking token.

For example, this problem may occur if a spam sorting and filtering program adds alphanumeric characters to the end of the Subject line.

This problem was corrected in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 3.

To remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. System administrators can use the Spuninst.exe tool to remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.

The Spuninst.exe tool is located in the %Windir%\$NTUninstallKB915520$\Spuninst folder.
