Regression issues
If a transform file such as office2003.mst is not stored in the installation root folder, the transform file cannot be cached correctly during the installation process of this hotfix. Therefore, a critical failure during Setup will occur. To work around this issue, make sure that all transform files are stored in the installation root folder.

This hotfix is a Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) hotfix. To install the hotfix, you must have Office 2003 Service Pack 2 installed.
