Error message when you try to open a custom help page in Microsoft CRM 3.0: "Instructions for customizing Help for a custom Entity can be found here"

Symptoms

In Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, you customize Help for a custom entity by using the instructions that are provided in the Microsoft CRM Software Development Kit (SDK). Specifically, you create a custom help page for the custom entity. When you try to open the custom help page, you receive the following error message:
"Debug �URL Request" Error
