Error message when you use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0: "Buffer overrun detected!"

When you use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, you receive an error message that resembles the following: Note This scenario occurs on a computer that is running Microsoft Internet Information Services 6 (IIS 6). If you are running Internet Information Services 5 (IIS 5), the error references the inetinfo.exe file.

Microsoft has conducted an investigation into the cause of this error, and we can confirm that this overrun is not exploitable. Therefore, this error does not expose any security vulnerability.
