Introduction

Issue that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • When you present a document in an Office 2003 program that is running on a multi-monitor computer, the Office program may stop responding (hang).

    This problem may occur if the following conditions are true:
    • You run the Dutch version of Office 2003 on a computer that is running the Dutch version of Microsoft Windows XP.
    • You set the Regional Options locale in Windows XP to Dutch (Belgium).
    • You open the document on one monitor, and the presenter tools are open on a different monitor.
