FIX: Systems Management Server (SMS) advertisements update intermittently after you install Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Symptoms

After you install Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1), Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) advertisements update intermittently. This problem occurs when you use the Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) Administrator console by using Remote Desktop Connection from a Microsoft Windows XP-based computer. If you update the SMS advertisements locally on the Windows Server 2003-based SMS server, the advertisements appear without problems.
